On 15 May, Morandi Spa sales team organized a day entirely dedicated to agents. During this valuable day, the company presented its strategies and how to implement them while at the same time gathering feedback, feelings and perceptions on market trends from the agents who are personally in contact with it on a daily basis.
The meeting was scheduled at 10am: CEO Emanuele Morandi managed to break the ice in a few minutes, talking about the roots of the company, of the dream of his father Vittorio and of Gruppo Soluzioni Finanziarie up to the present time. “If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea”. He chose this quotation to underline how, even in the steel industries, it’s people who make the difference, the ”why not?”, those who have passion and courage to try things. “You are the main players” underlined Giorgio Maschietto. “The connection between us and the market. When we decided with Emanuele to re-launch the company a year ago, at the same time we decided to adopt new commercial strategies and channels: in order to grow, in order to be able to create our blue ocean.”
Blue like the sky on that day: a drink in the open, under the sun and among the vineyards of Montenetto. Francesca Morandi presented Fabrizio Senici (Soluzione Group) with whom the company has worked in the last few months for a communication project. B as a Brand, B as a feeling, B as empathy to get in touch with the customer, since today’s companies active in the B2B sector generate innovation and growth also by means of these levers. The commercial discussion continued in the afternoon, with suggestions, prices, positioning. Everyone talked about their feelings about the marketplace and expectations.
