Thursday, July 24th the team of Morandi Spa arranged, inside the warehouse, a barbecue with all employees.
Meat, ribs and a glass of red wine accompanied our greeting before the holidays, in a sharing dinner at the end of this first semester.
Semester that ended positively for Morandi Spa, which in the balance sheet reported a turnover increase of 33%, compared to the first half of last year.
A sign that, despite the market crisis, the strategic decisions of the 2014-2017 business plan of the company are – in this first period – giving positive results. To impact on the volumes the decision to introduce structural hollow sections, to develop end-user market and to create a national and international sales network.
Investments in marketing & communication plan, which led to the renewal of the brand and a website more “social”, will be seen more in the long run, even if navigations and visibility on search engines are increased.
We are experiencing a time of growth, we are “looking forward without forgetting our roots and the passion of father Vittorio” as he said Emanuele Morandi in the last article.
