Embracing innovation and continuously exploring new market niches. This forward-thinking approach is embedded in Morandi Steel’s DNA and drives the company to set challenging goals each year, ensuring steady growth through servitization. With this vision in mind, Morandi Steel is set to participate in two key events in 2025, both renowned for their strong technological and strategic focus: MECSPE and Made in Steel.
This year marks Morandi Steel’s debut at MECSPE, the premier international trade fair for the manufacturing industry, taking place from March 5 to 7 at BolognaFiere. As Sales Coordinator Nicola Zamboni explains, exhibiting at MECSPE is “a unique opportunity to engage with new players in a niche market highly relevant to our business and, therefore, to connect with new potential customers. Many of the manufacturing systems developed by these companies incorporate structural tubes—products that Morandi Steel can deliver with an exceptional level of customization, thanks to our advanced 3D laser processing. These components are then supplied to industrial metal fabricators for assembly, finishing, and final integration”.
As Italy’s leading B2B event dedicated to manufacturing innovation, MECSPE offers “a comprehensive showcase of the latest technological advancements in materials, machinery, and processing techniques. It is the ideal platform for Morandi Steel to present our expertise, diverse product range, and deep knowledge in 3D laser processing” adds Zamboni.
Morandi Steel will exhibit in Hall 25, Stand B73.
A second pivotal event in 2025 is Made in Steel, the premier international trade show for the steel supply chain, set to take place at fieramilano Rho from May 6 to 8. Organized by siderweb – The Steel Community, this biennial event, now at its eleventh edition, is a crucial meeting point where industry leaders connect, forge new partnerships, and shape the future of the steel sector.
“Made in Steel is a key moment to exchange insights, discuss market perspectives, and strengthen relationships with our key stakeholders, from national and international suppliers to customers and prospects. It is also the perfect occasion to unveil the latest developments and innovations we have introduced since the previous edition in 2023” says Nicola Zamboni.
“Our participation in these trade fairs aligns with the strategic initiatives outlined in our business plan and, more broadly, in the roadmap developed in synergy with the entire Morandi Group, which includes siderweb, Made in Steel, and Morandi Steel” explains Emanuele Morandi, President of Morandi Steel.
Engaging in these industry-leading events provides unparalleled insight into the current state and future of the steel market—a reliable indicator of global economic health. “Right now, the industrial sector is facing significant challenges. However, certain industries and niche markets are thriving. Establishing direct contact with these forward-thinking players, who are driving innovation and growth, is essential for our company” concludes Emanuele Morandi.
