

This year’s goal is to consolidate and expand the sales network, targeting high value-added market niches: for this reason, Morandi Steel is once again participating with strong conviction in Made in Steel, the international Conference & Exhibition dedicated to the steel supply chain, held from May 6 to 8 at fieramilano Rho and organized by siderweb – The steel community.
Despite the challenging environment that marked 2024, “Morandi Steel was ready, securing the right capitalization and achieving the investment and growth targets set by the company’s ownership,” explains Nicola Zamboni, Sales Coordinator of the company. The short-term strategy is to stay on “the path of diversification, aiming to cover the entire national territory comprehensively and implement our strategic plan, aligned with that of the entire Morandi Group, which also includes siderweb and Made in Steel itself.”
This international event comes after a complex 2024 for the steel sector and the broader economy. Uncertainty continues to weigh on the environment in which companies operate, and in the first few months of 2025, geopolitical tensions have further escalated, partly due to the return of U.S. tariffs on steel. “That’s why it’s so important to meet and engage in dialogue again — to explore new paths for growth together. Made in Steel is the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas and share critical insights for the future of the Italian and European steel industry,” Zamboni adds.
For Morandi Steel, the international event organized by siderweb is “a key touchpoint to connect with new and longstanding partners, engage with peers, and introduce ourselves to potential customers by telling the story we’ve been building for over 50 years.
