Like every odd year, Made in Steel, the southern Europe’s most important Conference and Exhibition for the steel industry, organized by Siderweb – the Italian Steel community, will be held in the pavilions of fieramilano Rho this coming May.
The title of the eight edition of the Conference & Exhibition is “Steel Human – Sustainability and Innovation”: it is easy to understand that at the core of this year’s debates and seminars will be the themes of innovation and sustainability of the steel industry. These are indeed crucial themes for both the future of the whole steel sector and for the strategy of our company, whose mission and vision have been update and whose business is being repositioned.
We are currently innovating our business, investing more than ever in our human resources, their skills, competences and values – the same themes at the heart of the eighth edition of the Conference & Exhibition.
The theme of Made in Steel has never matched as perfectly as this year with our way to do business. Indeed, our focus has always been on people, their competences and relational skills, since we strongly believe that real innovation can be triggered only by bringing men back to the heart of the business’ rules. Therefore, at this year’s edition of Made in Steel we will present big news: a real revolution in the positioning of our business that will allow us to become “what still was missing in the word of steel tubes.
With this words our general manager Giorgio Maschietto highlights the relevance of our participation’s to the Fair. We have always been convinced that is the human capital what makes the difference in business: people are the real trigger of change and innovation. For these reasons, the campaign that will launch the latest development will reflect the human side of steel in a way never seen before.
